These terms apply to this website and to appointments booked through it with “Lutfor-Bilkis-Rokeya” Memorial Family Healthcare Center, Jl. Raya Kuta No.70, Kuta. By booking a serial or using this website, you accept them.
Emergencies
This is an outpatient chamber, not an emergency service. We are open only in the evening and we are not staffed overnight. If you have chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, a serious injury, or any condition you believe is life-threatening, go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department or call the national emergency number 999. Do not wait for a reply to an online booking.
The website is not medical advice
The articles and service descriptions on this website are general health information. They are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for seeing a doctor about your own situation. Never delay seeking care, or stop a medicine you have been prescribed, because of something you read here.
Booking a serial
- A booking made on this website is a request for a serial. It is confirmed when we confirm it to you.
- Please give a mobile number you can be reached on. We may call you to confirm, reschedule, or tell you the doctor is unavailable.
- Serials are for the chamber hours shown on each doctor’s page. Dr. Musanna Galib sits Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Dr. Rubaiyat Karim Rimki sits every day, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Please arrive a little before your time. A serial is an order of turn, not a guaranteed exact minute — an earlier patient may need longer than expected.
- If you cannot attend, please call +01 547 547 5478 so the slot can be given to someone else.
- We may have to cancel or reschedule a chamber at short notice — for example if a doctor is called to the hospital. We will contact you on the number you gave us.
Fees
Consultation fees are payable at the chamber. Fees for a new patient, a report-showing visit and a follow-up may differ, and are confirmed at reception. Investigations, procedures and medicines are not included in the consultation fee. We do not take payment through this website.
Your responsibilities as a patient
- Give accurate and complete information about your symptoms, medicines, allergies and past treatment. A diagnosis is only as good as the history it is based on.
- Bring your previous prescriptions and test reports, and your National ID or birth certificate for registration.
- Follow the treatment and follow-up advice you are given, and come back if you do not improve as expected.
- Treat our doctors and staff, and other patients, with courtesy.
Medical care and outcomes
Our doctors are registered with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council and will treat you with reasonable skill and care. Medicine cannot guarantee outcomes: no doctor can promise a particular result from a treatment, and this website does not make any such promise.

- We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but chamber times, fees and availability can change without notice. Call +01 547 547 5478 if you need to be certain.
- We cannot promise the website will always be available or free of errors.
- The text, photographs and logo on this website belong to the clinic. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
- Do not send us abusive, false or unlawful content through our forms, and do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Please do not send detailed medical history, test results or images through the contact form. It is not a secure medical channel — bring them to the chamber instead.

If you are unhappy with any part of your visit, please tell us at the chamber or call +01 547 547 5478. We would rather hear it from you and put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
